Refunds Policy

1. SponsorshipStore is committed to providing the highest quality service and therefore undertakes all its activities in line with its Quality Assurance Policy (copies available on request by calling +44 (0)20 7147 9957).

2. Should you no longer require the services for which we have been contracted by you, this should be discussed with one of our Directors as soon as possible to agree the best way forward. Please call and ask to speak to a Director on +44(0)20 7147 9957

3. This may result in a refund being agreed, or other contractual rights being waived by SponsorshipStore, in which case this will be resolved promptly in order to minimise disruption to clients.

4. For some of our products and services we offer specific refund terms. These are highlighted on the relevant product or service's full description page with details of how to make a refund claim.

5. In principle, SponsorshipStore will not provide any refunds for "soft copy" materials such as electronic documents, webcasts and other audio-visual materials.

6. Sales via the Amazon bookstore are governed by Amazon's own Returns Policy and SponsorshipStore customers are advised to familiarise themselves with this policy prior to making purchases on Amazon.

7. As members of the European SponsorshipAssociation (ESA), all clients have access to ESA's grievance process should they feel that Sponsorship Consulting has in any way failed to resolve issues satisfactorily once brought to our attention.
